Chicken breast with soy sauce
Breast to be tender, and the flavor of the pickled onions adds a special piquancy.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    2 piece

  • Onion

    5 piece

  • Soy sauce

    5 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

Cut the breast in layers, beats and pickle in soy sauce for about 30 minutes. Cut the onion. Fill it with vinegar, stir.

In the sleeve for baking, arrange the onion ( squeeze a bit of vinegar). Spread on top of the breast. Put in oven for 50 minutes.
