Buckwheat noodles with chicken and vegetables
Easy and quick to prepare dish that will not leave indifferent lovers of Japanese cuisine.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Beans

    1 handful

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    50 g

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Sesame

  • Noodles

We prepare our ingredients (cut into strips chicken, pickle it in soy sauce yet, chop the vegetables, the vegetables are also cut into strips).

In a pan pour oil and within 3 minutes fry the carrots.

Add marinated chicken and fry for another 3 minutes.

Then add green beans and mushrooms (ideally this should be the shiitake, they have a meaty taste and are more suitable, this time I didn't have them and used mushrooms), fry 3 minutes.

Add bell peppers and fry another couple of minutes. All the vegetables should be slightly damp and crackled.

The last step is noodles, while fried vegetables, boil noodles as recommended on the package (take 2 bundles of noodles), add it to the chicken and vegetables, pour soy sauce, allow to warm up and enjoy our dish(if desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds)
