Description
As we have in Turkey winter arrived (as my husband says, because the 34 day and night and colder!), we decided to recall the summer and make the Turkish pancakes. The recipe is not very different from our pancakes and in the kitchen this time commanded by her husband.

Cooking
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater.
Cut greens and onions. I didn't have dill, but my husband said he needed, so I added dried dill.
All mix, add eggs, salt and pepper to taste. Stir. Then add the flour. And all mix well. My zucchini did not have time to give juice, so I squeezed.
Pour into the pan vegetable oil, properly heated. Spread the resulting mixture by tablespoon into the pan and level to the pancakes turned out flat. Fry on both sides.
Voila! Here's what we got! All a pleasant appetite! My husband said to stand on the balcony and wait for cool down, but I've eaten hot. And he waited and ate them with yogurt (like our sour cream). And then said I was very tasty cooked, though almost everything he did, and I just rubbed zucchini, all mixed up and watched to prevent them from burning. :-D
