Cooking
Prepare the products.
In a Cup of sifted flour. Add sugar, salt, baking powder, vanilla. Stir. Add the butter. Use a fork to make the dough-crumbs.
In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and sour cream.
In the dough-crumbs, add the egg-sour cream mixture.
Stir. The dough is ready.
Put the dough in a plastic bag and put into the freezer for 1-2 hours (guided by their technique).
After the allotted time remove the dough from the freezer.
Cut the dough into pieces.
Skip most of the dough through a meat grinder and spread on a baking sheet blanks for the pie.
Put the pan in the preheated oven and bake the cookies for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Completely cools.
A smaller part of the dough in small pieces spread on a round baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees. Cool. This will be the base for the pie.
Prepare the cream. In a Cup put the butter, condensed milk, boiled condensed milk. Whisk with a blender.
It turns out that such a homogeneous mass.
Cold blank-biscuit breaks into pieces but not too small.
In a bowl of chopped cooked add half of the cream.
On the cooled base spread 2-3 tbsp of cream and evenly distributed. Then slide spread the prepared mixture of crumbs and cream.
On top of the cake spread remaining cream. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and pastry topping. Send the cake for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
