Brownie dessert of the American cuisine which is usually served with milk, coffee or warm with ice cream and whipped cream. In its consistency the delicacy is something of a cross between the soaked cake and dry biscuits. It has a dry crisp on top and chewy moist stuffing inside. Recipes brownies quite a lot but this one is my favorite, the chocolate. To prepare this mouth-watering chocolate dessert at home is quite simple. Try?

Cooking
Over moderate heat melt the margarine or butter, add the broken into pieces of chocolate. Heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is completely dissolved. Cool.
To the cooled chocolate add sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and beat until the sugar is dissolved. Beat eggs, add to chocolate mass and mix.
Nuts chopped (to enhance the taste I fry on a dry pan), mix the flour and, gradually, in small portions stir in the chocolate.
Form to lay a parchment or baking paper, lightly grease with oil, put into it the prepared mixture and bake in a hot oven at 200 C for 40 minutes.
The finished product is hot cut into 12 squares. On each put a teaspoon of nut nougat, the nougat - half of a walnut.
These brownies best eaten immediately while they are still slightly damp, as do the Americans. Bon appetit!
