As I originally intended the evening to prepare the skewers, the meat is sliced fairly coarsely (pieces somewhere 100-150g), marinated in adjika and spices.
The barbecue cook could not - disappoint weather. Tonight the pieces of meat I put in a heat proof glass dish under the lid and stewed in the oven on medium heat for 40 minutes.
The meat turned out delicious, soft, spicy taste. Suitable for any garnish. Prepare, try it! Often marinated meat on skewers simply mix adjika and spices, the result is always delightful, but today meat had to cook on the "peace fire" in the oven. It turned out delicious!
