Description

Shrimp or crab, sauteed with vegetables
The original method of cooking prawns and crabs, which suggested to me in Egypt. It turns out very tender, tasty and juicy. Liquid formed when cooking shrimp, to use as a soup. Not a lot of work, but the taste is great!!! As are the shrimp! Very juicy and tender! With all the nutrients, not leaving in the process of cooking in water.

    4 piece

    2 piece

  • Cumin

Cooking

step-0
Shrimp or crab mixture into a saucepan, adding all above ingredients, with squeeze the juice from lemon and zest on top to throw into the pot. All covered with spices and stir (you can cover the saucepan with a lid and just shake). PS. We have lemons not sold, so we use limes. 2-3 pieces. Based on lemon, I think, quite 1 thing.
step-1
The most difficult step... put the whole thing in the fridge... For a day! Can for 12 hours. If you have time (desire) to wait there, then give all this to stand for at least an hour out of the refrigerator. If this hour no strength to wait, not pass this step.
step-2
Put the saucepan with the contents of the gas. Cover with a lid. If cooking shrimp, the water NOT being added! If crabs, it is possible to add polstakanchika water. This is more than enough. Periodically (every 2 minutes) shake the pan (or just mix). After the resulting liquid boils, shrimp "cook" for another 5 minutes. All shrimp needs to turn white. PS. if shrimp are small, then perhaps only a couple of minutes. Again, if you prepare the crabs, the time increases to 8-10 minutes (they will turn red in full).
step-3
To be sure, can be removed from gas, to leave under cover for a few minutes and then serve.
step-4
The liquid from the shrimp and pour into a bowl and drink as a soup. It turns out a very unusual sweet taste! With crabs so experiment is not worth it. Although, of course, for an Amateur! Bon appetit!
