1. Eggplant wash, peel and chop. Boil in salted water until half cooked, let slightly cool. 2. Crab sticks thawed, cut small. 3. 5. Send in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 160-180 degrees. 6. Get, give a little state, lay on plates, add a little ketchup, mustard (sweet), or make a tomato sauce. Serve hot! Bon appetit!
