Cottage cheese casserole

Description

Honestly overlooked on request "casserole cheese" page that issued the website. Many recipes, all different, such as my - not found. Offer its own version of the casserole.

Ingredients

Cheese

500 g
Chicken egg

3 piece
Milk

3 Tbsp
Semolina

3 Tbsp
Sugar

1 cup
Vanilla

1 pack

Cooking

Beat separately yolks with sugar and vanilla.

Separately until soft peaks form, beat egg whites.

Into the yolks stir in semolina and pureed cottage cheese through a sieve, pour the milk.

Mix the beaten egg whites and the mixture of curd, egg yolks, semolina and sugar. To put all in a baking dish (shape oil). Bake in the oven at 160 gr. 40-50 minutes.
