Last year, my king cake with apples, poppy seeds and red currants among the chefs enjoyed quite a lot of popularity, and for today's pie I thought to do a better name than Royal. This wonderful pie last year have in common only the presence of currant, but the wonderful result is really worthy of the name, therefore, continue the series "Royal pies", this is the second version! Cooking
To start with the shape and glass - glass 250 ml, shape 25X35 cm big pie. Berries wash and dry, the choice is to your taste, I have a mixture of black, white and red currants, cherries, gooseberries, strawberries and raspberries - all that was in the house in an arbitrary proportion.
Eggs and one egg yolk beaten with sugar and vanilla sugar, gradually add the sunflower oil odourless, cream. It turns out this liquid mass, as in the photo. It then add the sifted flour with the baking powder, stir with a spatula.
Berries poured into a bowl and sprinkle two tablespoons of flour, add a spoonful of sugar, if is dominated by sour berries, mix well.
Now for the marzipan. Grate marzipan on a coarse grater, mix with the protein and mix well, preferably with a mixer.
The form to lay baking paper, this is a fundamentally, so don't just smudge the form. Pour the batter into the pan, and top the entire surface to lay out the pieces of the marzipan mixture and using a fork or lopatki to try to stretch them on the test, just to leave a piece of marzipan when it is mixed with the dough.

Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. The willingness to test a match at the edge of the pie, because in the middle of the marzipan is sticky, so the dough will cling on to infinity. I have a cake baked in 26 minutes. The finished cake cool completely.
The cake turns out high, soft, wet sweet marzipan mass inside, so it is best with a spoon, like a cake.
