Trout with potatoes, mustard sauce
Baked fish with delicious potatoes. In this simple dish you can use any other, small and not very fatty fish.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    800 g

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Parsley

  • Vegetable oil

Potatoes clean, cut slices, add salt, season with pepper, sprinkle with vegetable oil and place in a baking dish.

Prepare the fish by removing the innards, gills and scales, if any. [i]Char cleaned very easily. If you want, you can remove the head and skeleton, leaving the fillets on the skin.[/i] Fish, sprinkle with salt and spread on potatoes.

In cream add chopped parsley and mustard, mix well. [i]Cream can take any fat, the taste, I had 10%.[/i]

Creamy mustard mixture is distributed on top of the fish and send our dish in a preheated oven on a medium heat.
