Whitefish in Finnish with beet sauce

National dishes of these countries are somehow not very popular, but if You decide to cook the fish, pay attention to the recipes of our Northern neighbors. I such an occasion presented itself - my husband is friends Yakuts two huge fish. Turned out to be whitefish, whitefish kind, noble and delicious. The meat of this fish contains copper and bromine and easy to digest. Claim that whitefish in cooking impossible to mess up.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    600 g

  • Rye flour

  • Bread crumbs

  • Vegetable oil

  • Sour cream

The fish is cleaned and cut into serving pieces, wash, dry.

Mix all ingredients for marinade, add salt and put the pieces of herring and leave to marinate for 1-2 hours.

Clean the beets and onions, cut into 1 cm cubes, lightly fry in a small amount of vegetable oil.

Add sour cream, cream and vinegar. Simmer, stirring occasionally, about 40 minutes.
