Bagels with cheese and green onions
Offer to cook fragrant air bagels. This pastry is perfect for making sandwiches.

  • Flour

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Yeast

  • Yolk egg

  • Sesame

I kneaded the dough using the bread machine. In the bucket of a bread machine pour warm milk, add sifted flour, dry yeast, vegetable oil, sugar, salt.
