Cooking
Take fresh herring.
Put it on a hot (with vegetable oil) a pan and fry on high heat.
While the fish roasted, we grind onions and carrots.
Dilute it with 250ml of water.
Turn our fish, add it to the onions and carrots.
There also pour the tomato paste. Salt, add the paprika and seasoning for fish. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
