Cheese-cheese casserole with nuts and seeds
Pie-the pie is delicious as a separate dish and as a snack with wine.

Cheese grate on a coarse grater.

Beat eggs.

Add sour cream, mayonnaise, mix well. Then add semolina and baking powder, mix thoroughly. To this mixture, add curd and cottage cheese. Leave for 20 minutes, give manke "to swell".
