Lean honey-rye flatbreads
Very tasty and healthy cakes which are suitable to the first dish instead of bread as a sandwich with fresh cucumber, for example, and as an independent dish for a picnic or snack.

Ingredients

  • Rye flour

    2 cup

  • The broth

    1 cup

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Cumin

    1 Tbsp

  • Coriander

    1 Tbsp

  • Soda
