Tangerine cake with almond flour
Absolutely amazing taste, color and aroma! Incredibly soft structure, a bit dense, but not heavy. Just five ingredients, but no! And....the amazing result.

Ingredients

  • Mandarin

    4 piece

  • Flour almond

    3 cup

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

Tangerine wash, cover with cold water, bring to boil and boil for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, drain the water, again pour the Mandarin oranges with cold water and again boil for 15 minutes. This is done in order, went to the bitterness from the peel.
