Soft and juicy lamb.

Ingredients

  • Lamb

    1 kg

  • Sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Slice the lamb about as goulash. To make the marinade, mix the steak with grape, honey and your favorite spices (I add 1 tsp. dried mint, barberry, cumin, coriander, dried ginger and tomatoes, 2 pinches of grated nutmeg. To combine the meat with the marinade and leave in the fridge for 2 hours (I leave overnight).

Add salt, mix well. To put it in the sleeve.

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 1 hour.
