Cheese cake and black currant
I love summer when it's warm and Sunny! This cake - as a pleasant memory of warm and Sunny days, and a great reason to have a family tea party the cold winter evening!!! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Yeast

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • The sugar syrup

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Black currants

    100 g

  • Yogurt

    100 g

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

Prepare the products.

In a Cup sift flour, add the yeast SAF-moment. Stir. Pour in a Cup of warm water, add salt, rosehip syrup and vegetable oil. Stir. Add this mixture to the flour with the yeast. Knead the dough. Put in a plastic bag and refrigerate for 4-6 hours (I cooled the dough overnight).

Spread the dough on the work surface. Let it warm up at room temperature for 20 minutes.

In a Cup put the yogurt, sugar, starch, and cheese. Stir.

Divide the dough into 2 parts. A large part of the rolled tortilla. Spread in the form of dangling edges. On the dough spread half of the cottage cheese filling, then currants, on top of which the remaining half of the cottage cheese filling.

The remaining dough is rolled pancake and cover the pie filling. Zasiyaet region. Cover with a towel. Leave for 20 minutes. then grease with a yolk. Put in preheated oven. Bake 30-35 minutes at 170-180 degrees. Cool.
