Never in my life did not make fish cutlets. A friend treated fish, a friend suggested recipe:) fast and delicious:)
Ingredients

Fish
1 kg

Onion
1 piece

Mayonnaise
3 Tbsp

You will not believe it, but it's all integritty :)
Chop up very fine fish (to be honest, half I chopped in blender) :) but it's better if chopped with a knife.
Onions are sent to the blender; half of it chopped.
Put in the fish, onion and mayonnaise. Mayonnaise should envelop all the stuffing, so focus virtually the eye :o)
Stir, and it turns out here such beauty :) refrigerate at least three hours. I made the stuffing, and after work we ran to fry the cakes:)
Add salt, pepper. Shape the cutlets, and send pan. Anything more is not needed :) I didn't believe it, but they are not collapsed. While hot, sooooo tender.
