Description

Lean brownie lemonade
Cupcake in the series, when there are no eggs, but I want sweet. Moist chocolate, perfect for a family tea.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Lemonade

    250 ml

Cooking

All dry ingredients sift in a separate bowl (flour, cocoa powder, sugar, soda). Soda to extinguish it!

In another bowl mix the lemonade with vegetable oil.

Pour the liquid mixture into the dry and mix until smooth with a spoon.

Pour the batter into the pan and bake at 180C for about 45-50 minutes. Here is the batter in the result.
