Cooking

step-0
Proceed to test. Combine flour, oats, water, and butter. Knead until smooth and elastic.
step-1
The finished dough cover with a towel and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes while preparing the filling and pouring.
step-2
With a fork mash the mackerel (I had mackerel in tomato sauce with vegetables, but in oil are also good).
step-3
Add the stuffing cheese and chopped onion. Stir. The stuffing is ready.
step-4
Form vystelim baking paper, grease it slightly with vegetable oil. Formed the basis of the test boards. Put the base in a preheated 240 degree oven for 5 minutes this time, prepare the dressing.
step-5
Egg whisk with salt.
step-6
Add milk and spices to taste.
step-7
Remove the crust from the oven. Diminish the temperature to 210 degrees. On top of the base evenly spread the filling, top, pour fill and bake it in the oven.
step-8
Bake a further 25-30 minutes at 210 degrees (times may slightly change, I always look for the fragrant peel). Take out, give to cool slightly in the form.
step-9
Gently remove from the mold, remove the paper. The cake is ready!
