Honey-nut bars cereal

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    70 g

  • Nuts

    100 g

  • Dried apricots

    30 g

  • Raisins

    30 g

  • Pineapple

    35 g

  • Ginger

    30 g

  • Cranberry

    1 handful

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

  • Carnation

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    100 g

For the preparation of bars to use nut mix in to your taste, I have: cashews, pine nuts, walnuts, salted pistachios, weighing about 100 g.

A mixture of dried fruits to be in his own taste, I have dried ginger and pineapple, dried apricots, raisins.

Chop the dried fruit if raisins are large - cut in half.

Nuts chopped.

To combine the chopped dried fruit and nut mix.

Banana blend in a blender.

Add honey to taste (I have a not very sweet version).

For the basics oat bars using oatmeal and oat bran extra TM Mistral, which is mixed with the harvesting of nuts and dried fruit, then add to the banana-honey mixture.

For acidity, add the lemon juice.

So when baking the bars together - add protein, pre-whisking it lightly with a small pinch of fine salt.

Add a handful of frozen (or dried) cranberries.

The pan size 23х16 cm to cover with baking paper, spread the Foundation thoroughly compacted it, then cover it with a sheet of baking paper, carefully pressed. Bake in a preheated 180 C oven for 10 minutes, then remove the paper and bake.
