Peaches in the dough
Envelopes stuffed with peaches and almonds. Simple, quick dessert for tea.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Brown sugar

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Vanilla

  • Coconut shavings

  • Almonds

    3 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Peach

    4 piece

  • Powdered sugar

For the pastry:RUB the flour with the sugar.

Add the egg, a pinch of salt.

Gradually pour the flour, knead a soft, elastic dough. Put the finished dough in the fridge for 20-30min.

Meanwhile, chop the almonds with a knife.

Beat the sugar and egg whites. To connect with almond protein mass, add the coconut flakes.

Roll the dough in a layer, divided into squares.

Peaches cut into 4 pieces, if small can peaches in two.
