Cooking
For the pastry:RUB the flour with the sugar.
Add the egg, a pinch of salt.
Gradually pour the flour, knead a soft, elastic dough. Put the finished dough in the fridge for 20-30min.
Meanwhile, chop the almonds with a knife.
Beat the sugar and egg whites. To connect with almond protein mass, add the coconut flakes.
Roll the dough in a layer, divided into squares.
Peaches cut into 4 pieces, if small can peaches in two.
Spread on the dough one/two peach slices, top with protein - almond mass.
Connect the corners diagonally over peaches, spread on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake at 200 - 220. degrees,20-25minutes. The finished product is sprinkled with powdered sugar. Enjoy your tea!))
