Old-fashioned Apple pie
It would seem that Apple pie nowadays, there are lots of lovely recipes. But all the recipes saved from grandparents, hand-written on faded from time slips, sometimes fraught with treasure and cherish as family silver. So today I offered to bake a simple but really delicious and delicate pie since the end of the 19th century, which many in the countries of the Austro-Hungarian Empire remember with nostalgia and sigh for past greatness and splendor of the courtyard of the old Emperor Franz Joseph, as we are sometimes reminded of the days of king-priest.

Shape size 25 x 35 cm Flour mix with salt, baking powder, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the zest of half a lemon, chopped pieces of cold butter, the yolks (or eggs), thick cream and knead the dough. It is best to use a kitchen robot.
