Meat with mustard and mushrooms
This recipe are for 4 years. The mustard gives the meat an unusual flavour, and the mushrooms home task (boletus) make the meat tasty!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Mustard

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    100 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Cooking

Meat cut into portions, repel, salt and pepper.

Protiven grease with vegetable oil, put the meat tightly and grease it with a thin layer of mustard.

Spread sliced mushrooms, onions - half-rings.

Pour mayonnaise and sprinkle with cheese.

Put the baking pan in heated to 180 degrees oven for about 40-50 minutes, depending on thickness of meat.
