Ingredients

  • Fish

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Orange juice

    0.5 cup

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Seasoning

  • Salt

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

I have three things tilapia fillets medium size. Frozen was 500 g, after defrosting remains 350 g ]:-> So we assume in the stuff. Fillet and cut each in half.

The baking dish with foil, pour a little sunflower oil. Fish sprinkle with salt, put in the form. On top of squeezing the juice of half a lemon, sprinkle with chopped dill and chopped onions chetvertfinalny. Leave the fish to rest for 10-15 minutes (I have at this time warmed up by an electric oven).

While the fish is "resting", and will prepare for her casting. To do this, mix the sour cream, pineapple juice (I have left out of banks with canned pineapples) and seasoning for fish. I did the mixture on her eyes, she should not be too liquid.

Pour the fish with this mixture and put in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until tender. In the cooking process I once the fish poured the separated "juice". Fish should not brown.

The fish turns out tender, crispy onion, and the lemon gives the dish a nice acidity. Bon appetit! :-)
