Cooking
For 2 servings you need: salted salmon or smoked 200 g, tomatoes 40-50 g, 2 small tangerine, pasta (fusilli or spaghetti) 200-250 gr:, herbs: parsley, dill 20 -40 g, onions (or red) onion, 1/2 of the onions; black olives, pitted 10 pieces, cheese 70-100 g, salt, pepper, Basil to taste
Put on the fire water, when they boil, salt and drop in a pot of pasta. It is better to buy Italian (but can be domestic pasta, lasagne, fusilli durum), cook for 2 minutes less than indicated on the package, dump the pasta in a colander, do not rinse. While cooking pasta on the other burner, put the skillet with olive or vegetable oil if the olive oil, then add 1 clove of garlic, when the oil warms up, the garlic take out. Add to the skillet chopped onion and chopped greens, cook for 2-3 m, then add cut into halves tomatoes, a little salt and pepper. Cook on low heat for 2-3 m. the Main thing that tomatoes do not burst.
Take out casserole mix of onions, herbs and cherry tomatoes, place on a plate. Put in the saucepan the slices of tangerines (will give the dish an unusual, spicy flavor) and the salmon. Fry on medium heat the fish for 10 seconds each side, then place on a plate.
Put in a heatproof bowl of pasta, sprinkle with grated cheese.
On top put the pieces of salmon and a mixture of tomatoes-onion-greens, sprinkle with Basil (can dry from a bag) and top it again with grated cheese. Put in the microwave for 2-3 minutes (I turn on "5"). You can in the preheated oven again for a short time.
When cheese is melted, remove the dish, lay on plates, decorate with greens, olives and call a loved one to the table with the words: "give me this night." Bon appetit and beautiful romantic dinner!
