Description
This name arose from the fact that I like when cooking, experiment with this part of pork. The meat always turns out excellent! Especially marinated in a mayonnaise-mustard marinade filling, layered with pear, tomatoes and garlic and baked until Golden brown.

Cooking
Meat to wash, to grease with mayonnaise with mustard, salt and pepper. Leave for 30-40 minutes (the longer the better).
From pear to remove the core, cut into rings.
Tomato cut into slices. Garlic peel and cut into slices.
Marinated meat into a baking dish, place the pear, tomato and garlic.
Cover with foil, put in oven for 1 hour. Remove the foil and bake another 15 minutes. Bon appetit!!!
