Rice-vegetable soup
This dish is a long time in our family. Cook it very simply and quickly. Most of all we like to do this dish with sausages.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    0.5 can

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Sausage

    5 piece

  • Salt

  • Khmeli-suneli

  • Olive oil

Cabbage, onions and peppers clean, wash and chop it. Carrots wash, peel and grate on a coarse grater. All the vegetables are put in a heated pan and fry until soft. Meantime, boil the rice.

Then add the mushrooms and sliced sausages. Stir and simmer under cover for about 10 minutes. Then season with salt to taste and add the hops.

Add boiled rice and season it with soy sauce. Stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.
