Mini bagels
Took this recipe from my godmother, very tasty... Try it!

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    500 g

  • Margarine

    500 g

  • Flour

    10 cup

  • Sugar

Knead the dough and make these balls, put them in the fridge for 3-4 hours. (I left overnight)

Unroll one round, cut in 8 pieces...

Put the filling (jam, marmalade, nut, raisins, etc.

Tuck the corners inside...

And roll the bagel.

So... put on a baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
