Cooking
Rice cereal mixed with 1.5 tbsp of sour cream. Also mix oat bran with 1.5 tbsp of sour cream for the swelling.
Butter beat with a mixer for about 3 minutes.
Then add the honey and continue whisking.
The yolks separated from the whites. Proteins whisk in a solid foam. Add yolks to the butter and beat for another 1-2 minutes.
Add the whipped whites to the mixture, mix well.
Mix the flour with baking powder and vanilla, add to the dough. Mix well until smooth.
The dough should be divided into 3 parts: the first is you put the poppy seeds and bran; the second was cocoa; in the third, rice cereal. Mix well.
Form for baking grease with vegetable oil. Lay out the dough strips, alternating them. First makove-trubnoe the dough, then dark and light with the rice cereal. The arrangement of the strips can be changed at their discretion.
Pie put in preheated oven and bake until done (dry clean) at a temperature of 180-200 degrees. Top as desired you can decorate with caramel sauce. Pie allow to cool a little and get out of shape. Cut the cake into pieces and served warm to the table.
