Are you familiar with the plant of the legume family, which is called "Red lentil"? The seeds of this natural wonder do not go to any comparison with the familiar to us all in peas and beans. Red lentils do not require soaking, boil for 10 minutes and the taste is much superior to all known legumes, but even that is not important. It is important that lentils contains 35 % protein, contains almost no fat and very rich in vitamin B1, dietary fiber, iron and minerals. On top of that red lentils is pretty cheap and its not hard to find in stores. Today I want to share with you a wonderful dish of this magical plant. Give joy and health for you and your loved ones!

  • Greens

  • Green peas

    2 Tbsp

  • Sweet pepper

  • Lentils

    1 cup

  • Salt
