Bread with cereal grain cereals
I invite you to try delicious, hearty bread from a mixture of grains (I used a mix of 4 cereals quick cooking) and flax flour. If you don't have Flaxseed meal, it's not scary. You can replace flax seeds, or just gray flour. Bread was not only tasty but also healthy!

Ingredients

  • Flakes cereal

  • Water

  • Serum

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Honey

  • Salt

  • Flour flax

    2 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    0.8 tsp
