Eggplant stuffed
This section of my favorite... Stuffed eggplant... I am a lover of meat recipes. But this eggplant replace the meat! But what I'm saying... try it! Treat!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Sunflower oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Cherry tomatoes

    10 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Dry white wine

    50 ml

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Chili

    1 piece

Wash the eggplant and dry with paper towels. A sharp knife to cut side of the eggplant. Not much!
