Rye cake with cottage cheese and blueberry sauce

  • Rye flour

    1.3 cup

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Yogurt

    7 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Blueberries

    320 g

  • Cheese

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 Tbsp

In a medium size bowl mix the flour, 5 tbsp of curd, eggs, honey, baking powder and salt.

The form vystelit baking paper. Apples cleaned, remove the seeds, flesh cut into slices. Spread a layer on the paper.

Sprinkle half of the dough. Flatten with a knife or spoon.

Blueberries mix with a spoon of flour in order to bake the berries turned to mush. Spread on the dough.

To close the second half of the pie dough and flatten with a spoon. Bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 30-35 minutes. Readiness check with a toothpick.

Until pie is baked, make the sauce. Take 3 tbsp of curd, 2 tbsp yogurt, 70g blueberries and 1.5 tablespoons of sugar. Beat with a blender and pour into a gravy boat.
