A variation on the Apple pie
It's the season for apples - they just sea. On your birthday, which is celebrated with friends outdoors, full cake cooking did not dare, because afraid that it will not stand the weather conditions ))) it was Therefore decided to make an Apple pie, but a little to diversify it with cream.

Ingredients

Wash the apples, cut into quarters, remove the core.

Start kneading the dough. The recipe of the dough for the pie is taken from a Soviet culinary book "1000 recipes" (comp. Astafiev V. I., Volkova Z. M.). I have the recipe slightly changed, as pie - with a claim to dimiceli ))) So I took no regular white sugar, and brown + slightly reduced the amount. Add the apples and again stir gently to preserve whole Apple slices.

Place the dough in a baking dish (I have a split form, d=24 cm). Place in oven and bake for about 30 minutes. Readiness check wooden skewer.

To remove the cake from the oven and leave to cool.

While baking cake, make the custard. I cooked cream "Classic Patissier" recipe of the cook Barska (http://www.povareno k.ru/recipes/show/55 695/), which I really liked. Many thanks to the author of this recipe. Cream really can't go wrong!!! For this pie the amount of cream to 2 egg yolks. I also again slightly reduced the amount of sugar, but it anyone decide to make this cake, let them do it according to your taste. Separately this step is not photographed, because the site has a detailed description of the preparation of such a wonderful cream (see link above). Cream to cool to room temperature. Meanwhile, cooled off and our cake. Carefully cut it lengthwise into 2 layers and spread the bottom cake with custard.

Leave the cake to make it a bit "grabbed": the cream will go into the pores of the dough, and the piece is lightly sealed. And in the meantime we will prepare the chocolate glaze. Offer the option of sour cream. So, into a saucepan place all the ingredients: sour cream, sugar, cocoa (cocoa, by the way you can take up to 3 tbsp, focusing on your taste).

Heat, stirring, until boiling. Let the sauce to boil on low heat for a minute or two (watch out so it doesn't stick). Then turn off and mix well (especially if the cream exfoliate and rebounded serum). Cool slightly.
