Meat Imperial
The reason for such a majestic name of the dish is still not clear. Tender meat Imperial in spicy - sweet sauce will be king on the Christmas table. This dish is incredibly tasty, although prepared without excess fat and has terrific flavor.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    800 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Dill

The meat is well washed and dry. Cut into small strips.

For the marinade in a deep bowl, mix the soy sauce "Ctcomp", wine vinegar, honey, vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste, lovers of spicy food can season the marinade with a mixture of spices for meat. Mix thoroughly all the ingredients.

In a bowl with the marinade, dip the sliced pieces of meat. Leave the meat to marinate for one hour, the more the meat will marinate, the better.

Peel the onion and cut into thick rings. A baking sheet or a baking dish and cover with foil. Spread on the bottom of the sliced onion.

Spread on top of onions marinated beef and a well cover with a foil. Sent bake at 200 degrees for 1.5 hours.

The dish is best served immediately after cooking. You can optionally garnish with greens. I put the meat in a herringbone pattern and decorated with dill.
