I like Chinese food with its harmony, simplicity and elegance. Start experimenting in this direction. And here are my first results...

Ingredients

  • Tofu

    300 g

  • Sea Kale

    100 g

  • Cellophane

    200 g

  • Beans

    100 g

  • Soy sauce

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

All on a platter, serve with soy sauce or with hot sauce.
