Description
Once decided to cook a carrot cake, but the house did not have any carrots, no nuts. But there were bananas and almonds. Thus was born a beautiful cake that's perfect for a picnic, because it is prepared in advance and should be maintained for 10-12 hours.

Cooking
Peanut brittle split into 2 parts. One part of the grind in blender or coffee grinder, the second chop with a knife.
The oven heat to 180C. Form (23-28 cm diameter) grease with butter and sprinkle with flour. The eggs with the sugar RUB white. Add the butter and again beat.
Mix in a separate container sift flour, baking powder and soda, spices and hammer chopped almonds. Add to egg mixture and stir well. In the end, add finely chopped bananas and mix thoroughly.
Pour the batter into the form and bake 50-60 minutes at 170-180C. Leave cake in oven until cool, then cover with a cloth and allow to stand 12 hours. Serve with powdered sugar or whipped cream.
