Chicken with garlic sauce
It's very simple, but it's too delicious! Aroma stood all around!!!

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

    10 piece

  • Bay leaf

    5 piece

  • Vinegar

    50 ml

  • Salt

    3 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Water, carbonated

    500 ml

  • Water

    550 ml

  • Chicken

    1600 g

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Chili

  • Spices

A marinade. Place in a pot of water, honey, salt, pepper, vinegar and Bay leaf and bring to a boil, remove from heat and cool. Add the mineral water. Stir and pour the marinade of the chicken, flatten it on top of the cargo, put in a cool place for 10-12 hours. If you marinate the chicken, it's better for 24 hours.

Place marinated chicken in a heat-resistant form, pour a little of the marinade and add the oil. Cover with a lid or foil. Bake in pre-heated to 200 degrees oven for 20 minutes, remove cover and bake another 20-25 minutes until Golden brown. Be guided by your oven!

Serve immediately, generously watering garlic sauce. Preferably with a green salad and very fresh bread with a crispy crust. Very tasty to drink cold beer! Garlic sauce. Grated garlic to mix with water (50 ml), lemon juice, butter, pepper and salt, let stand.
