Very much I love buckwheat. So experiment all the time...

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1.5 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Beans

    0.5 can

  • Soy

    80 g

  • Salt

Boil buckwheat.

In boiling water put the steak, add salt and cook for 15 minutes.

Drain it in a colander.

In butter lightly fry the beans.

Add in beans, buckwheat, mix well. On top lay our schnitzel.
