Tasty and healthy!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Fruit puree

    800 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

Into flour on a large grater to grate the butter, grind into crumbs, add sugar, vanilla, baking powder, egg yolks and sour cream, mix everything carefully. The dough roll into a ball, wrap in cling film and put in the fridge for 30 min. Form grease with oil, remove from refrigerator dough, one-third of wrap in cling film and put in the freezer.

The rest of the dough roll it out and put it on the bottom of the form, to make bumpers. Grind the cinnamon stick, sprinkle the dough with cinnamon, put applesauce (it took me 800 gr.) and levelling. To get out of the freezer the dough on the grater to grate on top of crumbs, sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Bake for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180-190 degrees.
