Passos-lean dolma, or stuffed cabbage
These Armenian stuffed cabbage is very fond of us for Christmas eve. A set of utilities and, moreover, absolutely lean.

Ingredients

  • Wheat

  • Chickpeas

    100 g

  • Lentils

    100 g

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Leaf vine

Wheat, black beans, lentils, chickpeas (I didn't have, so I replaced it with white beans) to soak for 1.5-2 hours and boil until cooked. Drain in a colander to glass excess fluid.

Small potato, boil, beat in a lush mash without adding any milk, no butter - nothing!

Onion cut into small, fry until Golden brown, at the end of roasting add the crushed garlic, then another 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.

All the ingredients a good stir - fries should not take in the total mass (we have it only to make the meat stick together). Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Spread the stuffing on the grape leaves and make them duckies - what do you like shape. Put all in a deep pot, fill 2/3 with water and simmer on medium heat for 30-40 minutes.
