Cooking
Pears cut into medium-sized pieces.
Add cocoa, chopped nuts and the yolks whipped with sugar.
Beat the whites separately and gently put into the pear-egg mixture.
Roll the dough and put into a form.
The dough gently pour the filling of pears. Put in the preheated oven and bake for 60 minutes at a temperature of 200 C.
