Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    400 g

  • Pear

    8 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Nuts

    1 cup

Pears cut into medium-sized pieces.

Add cocoa, chopped nuts and the yolks whipped with sugar.

Beat the whites separately and gently put into the pear-egg mixture.

Roll the dough and put into a form.
