We will need any hard cheese type Gouda or Dutch. But when buying a lot of pork and nobody to eat it, and then fry it!
Cut cheese bars with an edge of 1 cm and length of 4-6 cm
Whisk the eggs, pour the breadcrumbs in a bowl.
And start conjuring!!! Do this: take the cheese and dip in eggs, then in bread crumbs on all sides and edges, then again in eggs and breadcrumbs. The second time when dipped in breadcrumbs, be sure to review the entire piece to the breadcrumbs completely cover the cheese, otherwise the cheese will flow out when frying!
In a pan heat a small amount of vegetable oil and fry our pieces on all sides for 1-2 minutes.
