Baked roulade of meat with vegetables and cheese
can be served as a hot snack on the festive table.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Parsley

  • Green peas

    3 Tbsp

  • Corn

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Onion and garlic finely cut and fry in vegetable oil until the color changes. Carrots grate and add to the onions slightly and then remove from heat. season the mince with salt,pepper,add 4st.liters of water,egg and beat with a mixer until fluffy. Peas,corn,mix with onions and carrots. vegetables mix with meat,add cumin,finely chopped parsley,to try to salt,knead. Form for baking grease oil after frying onions,if left,if not then just vegetable oil. Spread half of the meat,put the cheese(I have plates)and the other half of the mince with wet hands shape the rolls,bake in the oven at 180gr.for about an hour. Loaf to serve with any vegetable salad. Bon appetit!
