Meat in a cream sauce with mushrooms
This is a dish I invented myself. Cook it is not the first time. I really like to cook easy and so very delicious.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

  • Basil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Meat cut into small pieces, season with salt and pepper. Put on a very hot griddle. Fry until Golden brown on both sides.

Finely chop or grind in a blender onion.

Pour the onions into the pan with the meat and continue to fry until Golden brown onions.

My honey is very small, and even legs mostly, so I also shredded in a blender. You can just cut.

Put the mushrooms in the pan and continue to fry.

Take a tablespoon of flour, pour it on the hot pan and fry until Golden brown.

Sour cream diluted with water, mix with the flour to avoid lumps. Pour the sauce over the meat and season with salt and sprinkle with Basil. It is always better to use fresh Basil. Cover and simmer until meat is tender.

I got a very tasty dish. We ate it for lunch with buckwheat. Garnish can take any. I would be very happy if this dish will be enjoyed.
