I think each of us though time in life salted herring, many of their secrets and methods I found for myself the best. Simple and fast, in my opinion the most delicious, love the taste is not loaded with additives. Only fish and nothing but fish. Brilliant shimmering fat on each piece of fish... mmm
So... everything is easy... the Fish is cleaned from the bones and guts... heads cut off. Wash thoroughly... dry with paper towel. Cut into small pieces...
In a bowl at the bottom put 1 layer of herring... sprinkle with salt and pepper... continue... must be the pepper and salt each layer... Leave the fish over night at room temperature... in the morning you can already enjoy the fish... Store in the refrigerator...
