Braised chicken legs
Legs to be tender and juicy. Delicious, simply and economically.

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Bay leaf

  • Greens

Cooking

Chicken wash, cut into pieces, RUB spices. Put in the stew pan.

To grate carrots and add to the drumsticks.

Finely chop the onion and add to the pan. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the tomato paste, simmer for 2-3 minutes, then add a little water.

Simmer until tender, for 5 minutes until cooked add the herbs and Bay leaf.
